Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in aluminum fabrication, is seeking a Fabricator I to join their dedicated team. As a Fabricator I, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality aluminum doors and frames. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive approach to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Fabricator I

Location: Roselle, IL

Pay Rate: $20.08

Shift: 6:30AM-4PM Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

• Measuring aluminum extrusions accurately for fabrication processes
• Assembling cut aluminum components and hardware into doors and frames
• Inspecting incoming materials visually and checking against orders for quality assurance
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Following safety protocols and contributing to continuous improvement activities

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of welding experience
• Ability to read and interpret measurements and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety and a proactive safety mindset
