About the Role
At Stratford School, our lower elementary classrooms are built around curiosity, structure, and strong relationships. We’re looking for a teacher who enjoys working with early elementary students and wants to be part of a collaborative school community.
As a Lower Elementary Teacher, you’ll create a classroom where students feel supported, challenged, and excited to learn each day. You’ll work closely with fellow teachers, school leadership, and families to help students grow academically and socially.
In this role, you will:

Plan and teach engaging lessons aligned with the Stratford curriculum.

Create a positive, organized classroom environment that supports student learning and independence.

Assess student progress and communicate regularly with families.
