Studio Director
A leading clean beauty services organization is seeking a Studio Director to champion a people-first culture and drive excellence in nail care experiences. Studio Director Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Valid state-issued license for nail care services
- Ability to work at multiple locations and off-site events as needed
- Strong organizational skills with a disciplined, deadline-driven approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service excellence
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Studio Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Maintain studio excellence, leveraging partnerships to ensure optimal operations
- Analyze revenue performance and key business metrics, adjusting strategy as needed
- Engage with the local community and participate in industry events
- Ensure the studio environment remains clean, welcoming, and aligned with organizational standards
