PRODUCTION OPERATORS

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking dedicated PRODUCTION OPERATORS to join their team. As a PRODUCTION OPERATORS, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production processes and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: PRODUCTION OPERATORS

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range: 16:00 per hour

Shift: 1st
Schedule- Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production flow
• Perform quality checks and inspections on finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety standards
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report any malfunctions
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols to meet production goals

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is preferred
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
