Overnight HVAC Technician

Marriott is seeking an Overnight HVAC Technician to support hotel operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC and related mechanical systems during night shifts. In this on-site role, you’ll ensure optimal guest comfort by monitoring building automation systems, responding quickly to temperature and air quality issues in guest rooms and public areas, and performing preventive maintenance on chillers, boilers, air handlers, and exhaust systems. You’ll document all work in maintenance systems, follow strict safety and environmental standards, and collaborate closely with hotel engineering and operations teams.
