HVAC Technician

Marriott is seeking a 1st Shift HVAC Technician to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our hotel property. In this role, you will perform routine inspections, respond to guest and operations service calls, and ensure all equipment runs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with hotel and regulatory standards. You will complete work orders, maintain logs, coordinate with other engineering and housekeeping staff, and support energy conservation efforts while upholding Marriott’s commitment to exceptional guest comfort, safety, and service. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
