• Mostly telehealth with quarterly facility visits
• Regional Medical Director role with leadership opportunities
• Supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants
• Focus on older adult populations in skilled nursing facilities
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and crisis consultations
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred
• DEA license required
