$15K Bonus - Physical Therapist Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona PT license required to start the position.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Comfort working in a PT-owned clinic model with PT/PTA support and PT Tech assistance.

Position Details:

• Team-focused outpatient PT owned clinic.
• Generous compensation with great benefits. Production-based model using RVU's that combine visits and collections in real time.
• Sign on Bonus using tiers of different levels to include: Debt Forgiveness, Sign on Package, and Retention Bonus
