ELS is hiring for the position of Administrative Assistant in Hudson, Florida.

What you’ll do: 

The Administrative Assistant is the first smiling face & point of contact for guests, visitors, and vendors at our travel resort.

You will assist with daily office operations, handle guest inquiries, process reservations, and support resort management. Your work ensures smooth daily operations and creates a welcoming, professional environment for our guests & staff.

Your job will include: 

Guest Services & Front Desk
  • Greeting guests & answering incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner. 

  • Keeping track of check-ins & check outs, and assisting with guest reservations

  • Running errands (On-property), including delivering various communications to guests as needed

Administrative & Financial Tasks
  • Collecting & processing guest payments for rent, utilities & other fees

  • Maintaining cloud-based & physical files in an organized and consistent manner

  • Working within company digital programs & applications to complete tasks

  • Assisting with the sorting & mailing of documents & certified letters

Office Support & Operations
  • Keeping the office & guest supplies fully stocked, ordering supplies as needed

  • Performing other miscellaneous operational duties as needed

Teamwork & Professional Development
  • Working closely with coworkers and management to build a team that represents the company's quality and professionalism

  • Attending & participating in training programs as required

Experience & skills you need: 
  • High school diploma, or the equivalent experience. 

  • 1+ year of office experience. 

  • Strong communications and organizational skills. 

  • Meticulous attention to detail. 

  • Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel and/or automated accounting systems. 

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
