Director Of Nursing

Carthage Center is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Carthage, NY. The DON will oversee nursing staff, resident care delivery, and quality initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and exceptional outcomes. Responsibilities include staffing, mentoring and coaching nurses, coordinating interdisciplinary care, managing infection control, and leading audits and performance improvement. The ideal candidate is a compassionate RN leader with strong LTC/SNF experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for resident-centered care and team collaboration in a mission-driven environment.
