Assistant Director of Nursing

Carthage Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership in our skilled nursing and rehab facility in Carthage, NY. This role assists the DON in managing day-to-day nursing operations, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for short-term rehab and long-term residents. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, supporting care planning and clinical programs, monitoring quality and regulatory compliance, mentoring team members, and promoting a culture of dignity, respect, and continuous improvement. The ADON also collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams and supports staff education and performance improvement initiatives.
