Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC)

Hartford Healthcare seeks a licensed Clinician to provide high-quality behavioral health services within our collaborative care network. In this role, you will complete psychosocial and diagnostic assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, and family therapy. You will provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and care coordination while maintaining accurate EHR documentation.
