2nd Shift Packer - New Albany

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a 2nd Shift Packer to work with Bright International in New Albany. This full-time, in-person role offers hands-on experience in the assembly and packaging of high-quality beauty products in a factory and warehouse setting.

Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday, 3PM to 11PM with a 30 Minute Lunch
• Optional overtime available on Saturday and Sunday

Pay Rates

• 14.75 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for 2nd Shift Packer

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Dependable and detail-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or factory environment
• Ability to commute to New Albany, OH 43054

Desirable requirements for 2nd Shift Packer

• Previous assembly or production experience is a plus

Role for 2nd Shift Packer

• Work on a production line to assemble, inspect, and pack beauty products
• Perform quality control checks to meet brand standards
• Maintain speed and precision to meet daily production targets
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth factory operations
• Follow all safety and cleanliness standards in a warehouse setting
