Labor and Delivery Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Mission Health in Asheville, NC seeks a Labor and Delivery Clinical Nurse Coordinator to provide leadership and bedside care in a high-acuity maternity setting. In this role, you will coordinate patient flow, support laboring patients and families, and oversee clinical standards for the unit. You will mentor and guide nursing staff, collaborate with obstetric and neonatal teams, and champion evidence-based practices. The coordinator helps drive quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives while contributing to staff education, interprofessional teamwork, and continuous improvement across the Women’s Services program.
