Rehabilitation Licensed Practical Nurse – Skilled Nursing Facility

Bethesda Health is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our rehab team serving senior residents. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident status, and support rehab plans in collaboration with RNs and therapists. You’ll document accurately, follow care plans, and communicate with residents, families, and the care team to promote optimal outcomes. Working within our faith-based, mission-driven culture, you’ll uphold dignity, respect, and safety while mentoring support staff and contributing to a positive, person-centered environment.
