Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support delivery of physical therapy services to seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to improve strength, safety, and independence. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document treatments and patient progress, educate patients and caregivers, and contribute to a respectful, patient‑centered environment that promotes dignity and quality of life.
