Restorative Registered Nurse

Putnam Care Center, part of Genesis HealthCare, seeks a Restorative RN to lead and deliver restorative nursing services in our skilled nursing facility. The Restorative RN assesses residents, develops and updates restorative care plans, and coordinates with therapy, nursing, and medical teams to promote mobility, function, and independence. Responsibilities include supervising restorative aides, documenting outcomes, educating residents and families, and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.
