Job Description JOB DETAILS: Coverage Location: St. the facility Hospital, the facility, Ohio Practice Setting: L&D, OB/GYN Reason for Coverage: We do not have enough employeed physicians and midwives to cover the laborist model Dates of Coverage: Starting as soon as possible until we hire more providers Schedule: Physicians 7a-7p, Midwives 7p-7a Call Schedule: Physician call for midwife 7p-7a Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day: N/A - not outpatient Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 full time laborist physician and 1 full time laborist midwife Will Other OB/GYNs Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates: Nicole Carlson, MD, Chardina Murray Mangino, CNM How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 1 Number of Exam Rooms: N/A Number of Exam Rooms: N/A Onsite Lab: Yes Onsite Ultrasound: Yes Describe Office Equipment: N/A L&D unit Describe Support Staff: RNs, CNM What Percentage of Practice is Low Risk Pregnancy: N/A L&D Unit What Percentage of Practice is GYN: Only ER coverage for unassigned Nursery Level (I, II, III): Level III Documentation System/EMR: Epic Required Obstetrics Procedures: Low Risk Pregnancy (i.e History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis, etc., High Risk Pregnancy (i.e. with Toxemia, Diabetes, Class II or Higher Cardiacs, Chronic Lung Problems, Chronic Renal Disease, etc.) Labor and Delivery Required Procedures: Routine Delivery -Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section, Complicated Delivery -C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc., VBAC's, Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations Gynecology Required Procedures: Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor Only-Tubal Ligation, LOA's, Chromal Tubation, Surgical Gynecology - Open Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days Facility Reimburse for the Following Costs: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation package.
