Machinist Maintenance Technician III
As a Machinist Maintenance Technician III in our manufacturing facility, you will serve as a senior maintenance and machining expert responsible for manufacturing, repairing, modifying, and rebuilding critical equipment components that support production operations. Your day may include operating manual and CNC machine tools, fabricating replacement parts, restoring worn equipment components, performing precision measurements, and leading complex equipment repair projects. You'll partner closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement efforts.
This role is ideal for a highly skilled machinist who enjoys precision work, advanced problem-solving, and leading challenging repair and fabrication projects. Successful candidates possess strong machining, blueprint reading, and mechanical troubleshooting skills and take pride in producing high-quality components that keep manufacturing equipment operating at peak performance.

- Lead major equipment repairs and overhauls.
- Conduct root cause failure analyses and corrective actions.
- Improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Mentor and develop Maintenance I and II technicians.
- Drive reductions in unplanned downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering on equipment improvements.
- Promote maintenance best practices and standards.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to plan and execute complex maintenance and repair activities.
- Ability to exercise independent technical judgment when resolving high-impact equipment issues.
