Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient-centered rehabilitation in our inpatient rehab hospital. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver hands-on therapeutic treatments, assist with evaluations, and implement individualized care plans to restore function and independence. You’ll document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a nurturing, dynamic environment that values high-quality care and offers strong opportunities for professional growth.
