Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient-centered rehabilitation in our inpatient hospital. In this role, you will deliver skilled OT interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, helping patients regain independence in daily activities and functional mobility. You will implement individualized treatment plans, track and document progress, and educate patients and families for safe discharge.
