- Interpret and read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand fabrication requirements.
- Operate various fabrication equipment, including CNC machines, welders, and hand tools, to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts.
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and practices.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues as they arise.
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in metal fabrication is a plus.
