US Foods, a leading wholesale foodservice distributor, is hiring a Delivery Driver Lead Trainer to ensure safe, accurate, and customer-focused deliveries. Based in a fast-paced distribution environment, you will split time between professional route delivery and training/mentoring drivers. Responsibilities include operating commercial vehicles, leading ride-along coaching, reinforcing DOT, OSHA, and food safety compliance, and modeling excellent customer service at each stop. You’ll support continuous improvement by documenting performance, assisting with safety reviews, and helping refine training materials and procedures.
