Full job description

The Oncology Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist Float provides onsite pharmacy services across multiple UCHealth oncology clinics. This role reviews and optimizes IV and oral anticancer therapies, manages complex medication regimens, and supports adherence and adverse-effect management for patients with solid and hematologic malignancies. The pharmacist collaborates with oncologists and nurses, participates in quality improvement, and helps educate pharmacy students, residents, and other health professionals.
