A well-established full-service CPA firm in Warwick, RI is hiring an Audit Senior to lead high-quality audit engagements across non-profit, municipal, and small business clients. Must-Have Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and auditing, preferably in public accounting
• Single audit experience under Uniform Guidance and OMB compliance
• Strong technical skills in audit execution and financial statement preparation
• Proficiency with audit software, financial management systems, and QuickBooks
• CPA license or actively working toward licensure

Highly Preferred

• Active CPA license
• Non-profit and/or municipal audit experience
• Familiarity with grant compliance and regulatory requirements

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and complete financial audits for non-profit, municipal, and small business clients
• Perform single audits in accordance with GAAS and Government Auditing Standards
• Prepare financial statements, audit workpapers, and supporting documentation with precision
• Identify audit findings and communicate recommendations clearly to clients
• Supervise and mentor staff auditors to support team development
• Collaborate with managers and partners to deliver timely, high-quality audit engagements

Compensation & Benefits
