Registered Nurse, Surgery

Rutherford Regional Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Surgery team. In this role, you’ll provide perioperative nursing care, including pre-op assessments, intraoperative support, and post-anesthesia recovery. You’ll collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure safe, high-quality care and positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring vital signs, patient and family education, and accurate documentation.
