Special Education Teacher *Up to $57/hr

Special Education Teacher delivering individualized instruction to students with special needs in a 36-week contract in Casa Grande, AZ. This role supports inclusive education and student success while providing competitive pay and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with special needs

• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse student needs

• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to foster inclusive learning environments

• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary

• Provide support and advocacy for students, families, and the school community

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or equivalent credential

• Arizona State Teaching Certification for Special Education or equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a school setting

• Familiarity with Legacy requirements and special education programs

• Strong communication skills

• Classroom management skills

• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs

• Background check clearance
