WellStar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to guide a high-performing ultrasound team within our patient-centered, not-for-profit health system. In this onsite role, you will perform complex diagnostic ultrasound exams, optimize image quality, and collaborate with radiologists and care teams to support accurate diagnoses. You’ll mentor sonographers, coordinate daily workflow, uphold safety and regulatory standards, and contribute to quality improvement.
