Physical Therapist

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking an Orthopedic Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehab services for a diverse caseload of musculoskeletal and post-surgical patients. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training to restore mobility, reduce pain, and prevent re-injury. You’ll collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, document in the EMR, and educate patients and families.
