Job Description:

Overview: We are looking for a digital savvy individual to support the execution of digital email marketing programs (MMX.com). This role requires someone who is a skilled project manager and is excited to learn about email marketing. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal), strong attention to detail with the goal to deliver flawless execution, be nimble/flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have an interest in retail and passion for our brands. This role provides an opportunity to understand the off-price model and ever-changing assortment available in our stores/sites.

Responsibilities
/ Support MMX email programs (helping to build weekly email calendar, email proof approvals, keeping track of creative, requesting price points)

/ Help facilitate email creative development (providing feedback, building lower portion of email content blocks, compiling and helping to submit briefs).
/ Lead MMX email and retail trend landscape deck (creating strategy regarding trend landscape, larger email marketing project).

/ Research larger email trends.

/ Comfortable working collaboratively in both a team environment and individually
/ Exhibits drive, resourcefulness and a willingness to learn
/ Required software: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel

This position has a starting pay range of $24 to $25 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
