Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence with daily activities. You will implement treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment. Working in a nurturing, dynamic environment, you’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team while growing your skills and advancing your rehabilitation career.
