Marvin is seeking a Lead Installer to coordinate and perform the installation of premium windows, doors, and skylights for residential and commercial projects. This hands-on role leads a small crew, ensures accurate measurements, safe handling, and high-quality fit and finish, and resolves on-site issues with customers and contractors. The Lead Installer reads blueprints, uses power tools and installation hardware, and verifies code and safety compliance. You’ll model Marvin’s people-first culture, train newer installers, complete documentation, and support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction on every job.
