Lead Sonographer

Wellstar Health System seeks a Lead Sonographer to provide advanced diagnostic ultrasound services and guide a high-performing imaging team. In this onsite role, you will perform complex exams, ensure image quality, and support accurate, timely diagnoses across a variety of patient populations. You will mentor sonographers, coordinate workflow, and reinforce best practices in safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance. Collaborating with radiologists and multidisciplinary clinicians, you will help deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting process improvements and staff education within a leading not-for-profit health system.
