Lead Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and guide a high-performing imaging team. In this role, you will perform and oversee complex ultrasound exams across multiple care settings, ensuring accuracy, patient safety, and compassionate care. You will coordinate daily workflow, support radiologists and providers with high-quality images, and serve as a clinical resource for sonographers. The Lead Sonographer also participates in quality improvement, staff education, and implementation of new technologies within our collaborative, patient-focused environment.
