Certified Respiratory Therapist

Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist to deliver high-quality respiratory care in an acute-care teaching hospital. The therapist will assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders across ICU, ED, and inpatient units. Responsibilities include administering oxygen and therapeutic gases, managing ventilators, performing diagnostic tests, responding to rapid response and code situations, and accurately documenting care. The role collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams while supporting patient and family education and contributing to performance improvement and evidence-based practice.
