Redi.Health was founded in 2021 with the goal of providing patients with limiting chronic diseases the ability to better navigate and take control over their health. Redi’s initial product provides a novel integration with pharmaceutical manufacturers that seamlessly connects patients with the brands that treat their condition(s). This fully digital experience creates the ability for manufacturers to provide frictionless and digital support to patients. Support ranges from financial assistance, to medication adherence and education material, and tailored tools that help manage certain conditions.

Position Overview

  • As an Associate Account Manager, you will support the Account Management team in managing our client relationships and delivering high-quality service and execution. This is a growth-oriented role designed for an early-career professional with 2–3 years of relevant experience who is eager to learn the business, develop strong client management skills, and ultimately grow into owning accounts. We are seeking a collaborative, organized, and curious team player who can assist across a range of account management activities. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support onboarding, reporting, and day-to-day coordination needs to ensure customer success.

What Will You Do?

  • Support client relationships: Help prepare client-facing materials, document client feedback, and respond to basic client requests while learning to develop strong relationships with pharmaceutical brands and their support partners.
  • Assist with program implementations: Partner with Account Managers and Senior Account Managers along with implementation teams to coordinate tasks, track deliverables, and help communicate key updates to clients during the onboarding process.
  • Help analyze and visualize performance data: Support in gathering and organizing data, generating reports, and building client-facing presentations that communicate program results.
  • Coordinate across internal teams: Collaborate with implementation, data, and product teams to keep client deliverables on track and ensure all stakeholders are informed.
  • Learn the account management function: Take initiative to understand client goals, program structure, and internal workflows—with the goal of growing into ownership of your own accounts over time.

What Characteristics and Skills Are We Looking For?

  • Client-Oriented: You enjoy working with people and are eager to grow your skills in managing professional relationships.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple tasks and timelines and keep information clear and accurate.
  • Strong Communicator: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable drafting client emails, presentations, and notes. You consistently communicate with confidence.
  • Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable working with data in Excel or other tools and can spot trends and inconsistencies. You are intrigued by numbers and are interested in growing your skills to tell data-driven value stories to clients.
  • Growth Mindset: You are proactive, curious, and open to feedback as you continue developing your client-facing and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in client services, account management, project coordination, or related roles. Experience in healthcare, pharma, or tech is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%) for client meetings or events.
