  • Clinical Shift Schedule: Primarily nights (10 & 12-hour shifts), 3-4 shifts per week; must be flexible to work days and at least one weekend shift per month

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
  • Credentialing Timeline: AZ Licensed: 6 weeks; IMLC: 2 months; Non-Licensed: 3 months (based on clean background). Credentialing can begin with pending license.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Licenses: Active Arizona license or IMLC
  • Board: Board Certified within the last 5 years
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years recent CRNA experience in a hospital setting
  • Other Qualifications: Must be eligible to see Medicare patients; no significant malpractice or license suspensions; residency and board status verified
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care in a supervised model.
  • Provide anesthesia coverage for obstetrics, including high-risk OB cases, as well as pediatric and neuro cases.
  • Participate in night and weekend shift rotations, including 3-6 night shifts per month.
  • Maintain flexibility to work days, nights, and at least one full weekend shift per month across OB and OR settings.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare requirements and uphold patient safety standards.
