CoxHealth is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a well-established, high-performing surgical team in Springfield, Missouri. This is an opportunity to practice in a collaborative, team-based environment with dedicated support staff, efficient workflows, and a focus on delivering high-quality surgical care.

- Practice full-spectrum cardiothoracic surgery (no vascular)
- Robust structural heart program (TAVR)
- Collaborative call model with shared scheduling among partners
- APP support, assisting with call responsibilities, managing inpatient rounding as well as clinic responsibilities
- Enjoy a 4-day work week :
- 3 days in the OR
- 1 day in clinic
