Job Description

Assistant for the day-to-day operations at the East Texas A&M- Dallas location.

Please note that this job will begin in the Fall 2026 semester. We are looking for students who will have at least a year or 2 years to complete their program.

Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities and duties includes, but are not limited to:

  • Preferred hours would be Monday - Thursday, and some Fridays as needed
  • Work time TBD
  • Greet and welcome faculty/staff, students, and visitors
  • Cover the reception area on the designated floors as needed
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them and/or take messages
  • Assists with a variety of office documentation
  • Complete any assigned work independently and with accuracy, after given oral and/or written instructions
  • Maintains office area in a neat and orderly manner
  • Assist Dallas Operations team as needed
  • Assist with events and activities held in the location
  • Other duties as assigned
